No, no! Not another one sided friendship!!!

At work today, I got an unexpected phonecall. "Hi Fei Min! GUESS WHO?!"

My heart just missed like 3 beats. Till now, I'm not sure whether it was excitement or dread.

I recognized the voice immediately. It was Jessica, my friend from elemtary school. The only one who bothered to call me throughout middle school till highschool. I haven't heard from her for FOREVER. To be honest, I can't say that her calls were ever welcome. I seem to be stuck with one way friendships like that with people who love to talk your ear off. *sigh*

We're planning to meet up somtime. I wouldn't mind that at all. It's always nice to see where people end up after the years. By the sounds of it, she hasn't changed a bit. She was just the same when she was 12. No kidding. She was alot more "grown up" than we all were back then anyways. I wonder what she'll think about me.

Anyway, time for bed. Who knows what tomorrow will bring.
